  • Full payment is required before or at the time of service.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, cards, and approved digital payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
  • No-shows are charged the full service amount.
  • Refunds are processed only for valid cases within 7 business days.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the therapist of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions.
  • Our services are for relaxation and wellness, not for medical treatment.
  • The spa maintains high hygiene standards and uses sanitized equipment for all services.

Conduct & Responsibility

  • Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is mandatory.
  • Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or property damage may lead to service refusal or legal action.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
